Terms and Conditions

 

1. Scope of Work

Services will be completed exactly as outlined in the approved quote. Any task not listed is considered an additional service and may require updated pricing based on time, labor, or property condition.

2. Additional Services

Extra charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, clutter, biohazards, or on‑site requests such as inside appliances, interior cabinets, laundry, organizing, garage/basement work, or heavy scrubbing. Additional services are performed only with client approval.

3. Payment Terms

The deposit serves to reserve your appointment, block staffing time and prepare for your appointment and is non-refundable. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. All payments for work rendered are non‑refundable.

4. Card on File Authorization

By providing a payment method, you authorize Five Towns Fresh Cleaning Service to securely store your card and charge it for completed services, approved additional work, late cancellations, and any outstanding balances. Charges may be processed automatically after each service.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling require 24 hours’ notice. Same‑day cancellations may incur a fee.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide safe access to the property, running water, electricity, and a hazard‑free environment. We are not responsible for damage caused by unstable items, pre‑existing conditions, or faulty fixtures.

7. Service Review & Revisions

Clients are encouraged to review the completed work at the end of service. Any concerns must be raised immediately so they can be addressed on‑site. Requests for revisions after the team has left may incur additional charges.
